Terms & Conditions Festival discount

Use code FESTIVAL10 to get 10% off our festival collection. The discount is valid on Sunday, June 9th, 08:00 PM until Thursday, June 20th, 11:59 PM on the specified products. The festival discount is not applicable on discounted items and cannot be applied retroactively after placing an order.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs?

The Netherlands:

You get FREE SHIPPING on orders over €75.00.

For orders under €75.00 we charge €4.99 for shipping.

Belgium & Germany:

You get FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100.00.

For orders between €30.00 - €100.00 we charge €4.99 for shipping.

For orders under €30.00 we charge €6.99 for shipping.

Other countries within the EU:

The shipping costs for each order are €19.99

What is the return period?

At thingsilikethingsilove.com you always have the option to return your order within 14 days after the shipment date.

Unfortunately, we cannot investigate a missing package without a proof of return.

When returning via shipment, the track & trace code serves as a proof of return. When returning to one of our stores, you will receive a receipt as proof of return.

Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it

Is it possible to use my Gift Card online?

If you are in possession of a TILTIL Gift Card, you can also use it to pay for your order online.

I have a paper Gift Card

If you have a physical, paper Gift Card, you need to take some steps first. Our system is not (yet) completely up to date... Send a photo of your Gift Card and make sure the text is visible and another photo where the Gift Card is torn into 4 pieces to online@thingsilikethingsilove.com. Once the photos have been received, a unique code will be created for you that you can use online.

I have an online Gift Card code

You can enter your code at checkout in the "Discount code / Gift Card" field. You do not have to use up the Gift Card in one go. If you have any money left over, save your code for your next purchas

I have a complaint about my item, what should I do?

Have you received broken items or does it have a manufacturing defect? Please contact our customer service. We will then look for a suitable solution.

Did you accidentally receive the wrong item? We are very sorry to hear that. Please also contact our customer service. We can be reached via the email address online@thingsilikethingsilove.com from Monday to Friday from 9.00-17.00 and Saturday from 12.00-17.0

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do I have to pay the shipping costs?

The Netherlands:

You get FREE SHIPPING on orders over €75.00.

For orders under €75.00 we charge €4.99 for shipping.

Belgium & Germany:

You get FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100.00.

For orders between €30.00 - €100.00 we charge €4.99 for shipping.

For orders under €30.00 we charge €6.99 for shipping.

Other countries within the EU:

The shipping costs for each order are €19.99

My package has not yet been delivered, what should I do?

It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We advise you to first check the track & trace code to see the status of the delivery. If you are experiencing any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us to help you find out where your package is located!

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery address by yourself. However, you can have your address changed by our customer service within 15 minutes after placing your order.

To do so, please contact us by email at online@thingsilikethingsilove.com or call us at +31 (0)20 244 53 66. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00-17:00.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your package has been received and registered by PostNL, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can follow your package's progress via this link.
Can I deliver my package to a different address?

Yes, if you are ordering for someone else or would like a gift delivered to a different address, no problem! Just enter the recipient's address details at checkout.

When will my order be delivered?

During sale periods and holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.


All orders will be shipped within 0-2 days, except for those placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday, which will be picked up by PostNL on Monday and therefore may take a little longer to arrive. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, it will be sent from one of our stores, which may result in a small delay in your order. In case of any exceptions, we will always inform you right away. As soon as your package has been registered with PostNL, you can track your order via the track & trace code that you can find in the email.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have accidentally placed an order twice or have changed your mind, please contact our customer service as soon as you can. We will cancel the order for you and the purchase amount will be automatically refunded using the same payment method.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return any item(s), please do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

The return costs are your responsibility and come to €6,99. 

You can return items by scanning the QR code on the packing list or by visiting thingsilikethingsilove.returnista.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order

Free Returns in One of Our Stores (Amsterdam, Utrecht & Rotterdam)

You can always return your order free of charge in one of our stores.

To return an item, scan the QR code on the packing list or visit thingsilikethingsilove.returnista.com and select "Return in store" as your shipping method. You'll need your order number and the email address used to place the order.

After returning your package in one of our stores, you'll receive a receipt as proof of the return. Keep your receipt until we've refunded your return. Please note that we process returns in our e-commerce warehouse and not in the store, so you won't immediately receive your money back. However, your return will be processed and refunded within 5 working days.

What is the return period?

How long does it take before my return is processed?

We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receiving it. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used and may take a few days to appear in your account.

Are the return costs for your own account?

This depends on the return method you choose.

Returning items to one of our stores is always free of charge.

We process returns in our e-commerce warehouse and not in the store. Therefore, it is not possible to get your money back immediately, but your return will be processed and refunded within 5 working days.

Returns by post are at your own expense.

Always make sure to send the package with a track & trace code.

How do I pack my return?

1. Pack your item well and firmly, so that it cannot slide back and forth in the packaging. 

2. Add the return form to the package.

3. Seal the packaging with wide tape.

4. Make sure that only one address label (the return address label) is visible on the packaging to avoid any confusion.

Pack the item tightly so that it cannot slide around in the packaging. Return items that arrive damaged due to transport are the responsibility of the customer and at his own expense.

 

I have lost my return form, what now?

That's no problem! In the order confirmation which you can find in your email, there is a link to your return form. Can't print it? Then add a note inside the package with your name, order number and e-mail address.

Can I exchange my items?

Yes! When registering a return online, you have the option to exchange an item for a different size.

Sending the new item is free of costs and it will be prepared for shipment immediately after the request. For returning the wrong size, our return period of 14 days applies and the costs are for your own account.

Is it possible to return a sale item?

If online sale purchases do not meet expectations, it is possible to return them. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

That's possible! Please ensure that the return forms of all orders are included in the package so that we have enough information to process the returned items.

How can we help you reduce the number of returns?

Tip1: Choose the perfect size

If you are buying clothes and you are unsure about which size to get, make sure to check the size advice provided. You can also reach out to our customer service for sizing advice.

 

Tip 2: Check the article thoroughly

Take a close look at the item from all angles by zooming in on the different photos. Read everything we know about the product in the description and specifications. If the item runs small or large, we will indicate it clearly.

Return store purchases

If you are not satisfied with your store purchase and want to return one or more items, you can return them within 14 days in one of our stores. When returning store purchases, you will receive a voucher for the purchase amount.

Sale items, jewelry, lingerie, bodysuits, plants, and sunglasses cannot be returned in stores.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are available?

We offer the following payment options:

iDeal

With iDeal, you can securely and directly pay for your order.

Creditcard

If you choose to pay by credit card, please indicate which type of credit or debit card you wish to use. Then, fill in your credit card number, expiry date, CID/CVC code (often found on the back of your card), and possibly an additional password. If you return items, the refunded amount will be credited back to your credit card within six weeks.

 

Bancontact / Mister cash

This payment option is available for our Belgian customers. You can safely and directly pay the outstanding amount for your order.

 

TILTIL Gift Card

If you have a TILTIL Gift Card, you can also use it to pay for your online order.

I have a physical Gift Card

If you have a physical, paper Gift Card, please follow these steps. Our system is not yet fully up to date...

Take a photo of your Gift Card and ensure that the text is visible. Take another photo of the Gift Card torn into four pieces and send both photos to online@thingsilikethingsilove.com. Once we receive the photos, a unique code will be created for you that you can use online.

I have an online Gift Card code

You can enter your code at checkout in the "Discount code/Gift Card" field. You do not have to use the entire amount of your Gift Card in one transaction. If you have any remaining balance, you can save your code for your next purchase!

 

Paypal

Paypal is a safe and convenient payment option. Simply link your bank account or credit card and pay within a few clicks. PayPal utilizes advanced security and fraud prevention systems to protect your credit card information. Additionally, PayPal will not disclose your financial information to TILTIL.

Riverty

Riverty is a secure payment method that allows you to pay for your order afterwards, via email or app. The maximum term for this is 14 days. It is possible to pause the payment in the Riverty app when you want to return items.

If you choose to pay via Riverty, you will need to provide a number of personal details. Based on these details, Riverty will perform a data check in accordance with its privacy policy. You will then receive an email from Riverty with the details of your order and the instructions for the various payment options. Through the Riverty app, you can easily view and pay your invoices.

We do not charge any fees for using this payment method. The entire payment process is carried out by Riverty. For any further questions about this payment method, we ask you to contact Riverty or review the terms and conditions.
When Things I Like Things I Love has a promotion, the delivery time may be longer than you are used to. If you still choose Riverty, the same rules apply. In that case, you still have 14 days to pay. Keep this in mind and pay your bill on time to avoid an increase! Things I Like Things I Love does not guarantee this.

My Gift Card has expired, what can I do?

In this case, please contact our customer service. We can be reached by email from Monday to Friday from 10.00-17.00 at online@thingsilikethingsilove.com

I forgot to apply my discount code and have already paid. What should I do now?

Unfortunately, after placing an order, it is no longer possible to add a discount code or make changes to the bill. Keep an eye on our website and Instagram for active promotions!

Is it possible to use my Gift Card online?

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

I have a complaint about my item, what should I do?

If you have a complaint about your item, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service. Whether you received broken items or it has a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.

In case you received the wrong item by mistake, we are truly sorry. Please get in touch with our customer service by sending an email to online@thingsilikethingsilove.com. Our team is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 and on Saturday, 12:00-17:00. We will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Do I have a warranty on my ordered items?

All items you buy from us come with a 2 month warranty.
For jewelry, a warranty period of 6 months applies.

You can send an email with the complaint to online@thingsilikethingsilove.com. Please make sure to add a photo to the email of the broken, defective or incomplete item, so that it is clear for us what the complaint is about.

After you have emailed us with your complaint, our customer service will assess whether your complaint can be refunded. We will always let you know whether your complaint falls within the warranty. That way you won't be faced with surprises.

Does your complaint fall within the warranty? Then the costs for the exchange or return of your item including shipping costs will be paid by us.
