You can pick up your furniture free of charge in our warehouse in Amsterdam or in one of our stores in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or Nijmegen. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation from us.
Would you rather have your furniture delivered to your home? No problem! We offer a delivery service at a rate that depends on your location. Product information
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, except for orders placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday. These orders will be picked up by Trunkrs or PostNL on Monday, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, we will inform you, and your order may experience a slight delay.
Netherlands:
Orders over €75.00 are FREE.
For orders under €75.00, the shipping cost is €4.99.
Belgium & Germany:
Orders over €100.00 are FREE.
For orders between €30.00 - €100.00, the shipping cost is €4.99.
For orders under €30.00, we charge €6.99 for shipping.
Other EU countries:
The shipping cost for each order is €19.99.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense: €5.99 per postal return and €1.99 for returns in a TILTIL store.
