General terms & conditions



These terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you enter into with Things I Like Things I Love B.V. (hereafter ”Things I Like Things I Love B.V.” “us” or “we”). By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.

Prices and charges.

The prices listed in the Things I Like Things I Love B.V. online store include country specific VAT and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to your order at the check out and will be based on the country your order is shipped to. Please find more information about our delivery charges for each country under the headline Delivery & Shipping.
All prices are shown in € (euro).

Drawing up the contract.

The contract will be concluded at the moment at which the consumer accepts the online offer of Things I Like Things I Love B.V. and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled.
The order will not be valid if Things I Like Things I Love B.V. cannot confirm your residential address.
Things I Like Things I Love B.V. will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically.
Things I Like Things I Love B.V. may obtain information – within legal frameworks – about the consumer’s ability to fulfil the payment obligations, as well as about facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of the distance contract. If that research gives the trader proper grounds for declining to conclude the contract, he has a right, supported by reasons, to reject an order or application or to bind its implementation to special conditions.

Right of return/cancellation.

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period the consumer will treat the product and its packaging with care.
During this period of 14 calendar days you have the right to cancel, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received in the original state and packaging, without any obligations from your side, apart from the shipping fees to our warehouse in Amsterdam. If you want to do this, you must send back the goods undamaged and unused in the way that is described under “Returns” section in our Things I Like Things I Love B.V. online store.

Delivery and shipping.

You will receive confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3,95. Orders over €50 will be shipped for free! For International Shipping an additional €7,95 will be charged. DHL and/or PostNL handle the delivery of your order.

Transport warranty.

All consignments that are sent are insured by Things I Like Things I Love B.V.. If you discover any damage to the package before you open it, you must report this to the collection point where you picked up your consignment. If you have already opened the consignment when you discover the damage, you must follow the instructions on the back of the return note that is attached to the consignment. If you have any further questions regarding your delivery, please contact Customer Service.
 Damaged goods due to transport are replaced free of charge by Things I Like Things I Love B.V..


Payment towards online store purchases can be made with a valid card by a provider accepted by or with a PayPal account. The total order sum will be checked and reserved against your credit/debit card or marked as pending on your PayPal account until the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Orders can only be processed online. We do not accept orders via email. We only accept cards with billing addresses in one of the countries that ships to.


If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.


Things I Like Things I Love B.V. takes responsibility for all personal details that you submit to us or which we receive from you when you register for purchases. This information is used for signing and implementing the delivery contract and for managing the customer relationship that is set up as a result, including targeted marketing activities organised by Things I Like Things I Love B.V., collecting outstanding payments, fighting fraud and meeting legal obligations. Things I Like Things I Love B.V. does not pass on any information to a third party. You can make a request to see the personal details that we have for you by emailing [email protected]

Force majeure.

Things I Like Things I Love B.V. obligations are suspended in cases of force majeure without any obligation to pay the consumer for damages in such cases.

Applicable law.

Contracts entered into between Things I Like Things I Love B.V. and a customer, are subject to these terms and conditions and to Dutch law only.
Things I Like Things I Love B.V. is aware that, according to European Private Law, the consumer can always appeal against mandatory law provisions of his/her country of residence that offers more protection and rights than the applicable Dutch law. If so, please let us know and we will make a personal arrangement with you that respects these mandatory law provisions you appeal for.
Things I Like Things I Love B.V. may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

Ownership of rights.

All rights, including copyrights at Things I Like Things I Love B.V. online remain with Things I Like Things I Love B.V.. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
