How to return your order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return one or more items, please return your order within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Pack the item tightly so that it cannot slide around in the packaging. Return items that arrive damaged due to transport are the responsibility of the customer and at his own expense.
The return costs are for your own account and amount to €5.99.

Return in a TILTIL store
Returns can be made at the TILTIL stores in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam & Nijmegen.
The cost for returning an item in one of our stores is €1.99.
- Scan the QR code on the return form or go to thingsilikethingsilove.returnista.com to register your return.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select "Return in store" as the shipping method.
After returning your package to one of our stores, you will receive a receipt as proof of return. Keep this receipt until we have refunded your return. Please note that returns are processed in our e-commerce warehouse and not in the store, so you will not receive a refund immediately. However, your return will be processed and refunded within 5 working days.

Can I exchange my items?
Yes! When registering a return online, you have the option to exchange an clothing item for a different size.
Sending the new item is free of costs and it will be prepared for shipment immediately after the request. For returning the wrong size, our return period of 14 days applies and the costs are for your own account.
Exchanging interior items, jewelry, and accessories for another item or size is not possible.
