All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, except for orders placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday. These orders are picked up on Monday by Trunkrs or PostNL and will therefore take a little longer.
If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, we will notify you and your order may be slightly delayed.
Once your package has been registered with Trunkrs or PostNL, you can track your order using the track & trace code you receive by email.
The Netherlands:
Orders above €75.00 are FREE.
For orders under €75.00, shipping costs are €4.99.
Belgium & Germany:
Orders above €100.00 are FREE.
For orders between €30.00 - €100.00 the shipping costs are €4.99.
For orders under €30.00 we charge €6.99 for shipping.
Other countries within the EU:
The shipping costs for each order are €19.99.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return costs are at your own expense and amount to €5.99 by post and €1.99 for returning to a TILTIL store.
