I have a complaint about my item, what should I do?
Did you accidentally receive the wrong item? We are very sorry to hear that. Please also contact our customer service. We can be reached via the email address email@example.com from Monday to Friday from 9.00-17.00 and Saturday from 12.00-17.00.
Do I have a warranty on my ordered items?
You can send an email with the complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to add a photo to the email of the broken, defective or incomplete item, so that it is clear for us what the complaint is about.
After you have emailed us with your complaint, our customer service will assess whether your complaint can be refunded. We will always let you know whether your complaint falls within the warranty. That way you won't be faced with surprises.
Does your complaint fall within the warranty? Then the costs for the exchange or return of your item including shipping costs will be paid by us.
